Group Coaching Program

The program will consist of 8-10 people who all have the desire to become healthier and happier without pills or fad diets. We will explore topics such as: weight loss, stress, gut issues, sleep issues, depression/anxiety, high blood pressure, low energy and more. This will be a safe place for you to share your health issues with me and with other like minded people. We will learn what works for others and hear their health and wellness triumphs and set backs. You will learn from me and your fellow program community. If you need some camaraderie on your wellness journey and feel better when you have a community surrounding you, then this is the program for you! Let’s inspire each other!!

Program consists of 16 weeks.
We will meet for an hour and half on the same day and time every other week.

Hike and Learn

I will select a local hiking trail and those that sign up will meet me at that trail. We will participate in a breathing or tapping exercise and then proceed to our hike! I will talk about a health and wellness topic and the group will give their thoughts about the topic. I will pre-prepare a simple nutrient dense lunch and we will all eat together and continue our discussion on our health and wellness paths. What a way to spend a couple of hours of your day!
